I am working with Khary Jones and Michael Lang on their web series concepts. Check out the videos they made introducing themselves in the video below. Lots more coming in the next months!
Today I uploaded my last video on the sarathefilm YouTube Channel. I officially moved to the Todol YouTube Channel.
This is the first video on my new channel:
I announced two new projects I’m producing: one with Jessica Clark and one with Inner Image Media.
Plus I launched the TodolPitch Video Contest. Basically I’m looking for talent and projects to produce. Go to the TALENT page for complete rules and guidelines.
It’s a great opportunity, so even if you aren’t qualified or interested in submitting a video, definitely tell your friends about this opportunity to pitch a project, win a cash prize, and possibly have their project financed and produced by Todol.
Last July, Sara played at the New York Int’l Latino Film Festival (NYILFF). Recently, Lyndon McCray & Juan Caceres from NYILFF invited Sara to screen in the NYILFF SPECTRUM shorts program at the first annual East Harlem Int’l Film Festival (EHIFF). EHIFF runs from June 1-5, definitely check out their website. NYILFF SPECTRUM is one night only: Thurs. June 2 at 6 PM / Location: Poet’s Den, 309 E. 108th Street.
Here’s a trailer for NYILFF SPECTRUM (you’ll see Sara in it):
I am one of the 25 YouTube Partners selected for the first ever YouTube NextUp program! It was officially announced today HERE.
It’s an incredible opportunity that includes 35K, a week in New York City at the Creator’s camp for training and mentoring, plus promotional support from YouTube. Which means lots ahead for Todol!
Here is the ‘my story’ video I had to make to introduce myself. It definitely wasn’t the easiest thing for me to do, but now you get a little insight on who I am and what’s important to me.
This is the promo video that I made for the YouTube NextUp contest. For this video, I worked with Inner Image Media (cinematography & editing), Matt Rocklin (actor), and Celia Aurora de Blas (actor).
I’m working with some great people in Los Angeles: Miguel Amodio and Michael Lang who are Inner Image Media (IIM) and actress Celia Aurora de Blas. I’ve been Consulting Producer on Aurora’s project “Incredible Girl” which IIM is shooting. And recently IIM and Aurora helped me create a 3 min promo video for “Secrets”, an interactive web/film series I’m developing.
Check out the teaser for Incredible Girl below. For more on the project go to www.IncredibleGirlFilm.com
